It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Geneva James (Waycross, Georgia), who passed away on September 30, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alvin Tatum and Cleo Tuten Tatum; her husband Henry Burl James; and her son Phil Marty James. She is survived by: her son C. B. James (Jann) of Waycross; her grandchildren, Benjie James (Dossie) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Jennifer Johnson (Trey) of Blackshear and Jason Cox of Blackshear; and her sister Penny Martin of Atlanta. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
