He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Benjamin and Tish Melton Dryden; his wife Bobbie Jean McCray Dryden; and his siblings, Jackline Dryden, Alene Todd, Deloris Waldron, Beatrice Lee, Evone Carter, Cecil Dryden, Raymond Dryden and Elvie Dryden.
He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Benjamin Dryden (Jackie) of Waycross and Shelly Murray (Billy) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Amber Dixon (James) of Waycross, John Enzian of Waycross, Kayle Murray Nobles (Jacob) of Nicholls, Kayla Dryden of Waycross, Cody Murray of Waycross, Emily Dryden of Douglas, Haley Dryden of Waycross and Chase Murray of Waycross; and his great grandchildren, Keira Dixon, Noah Eunice and Sutton Clark Nobles. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miles-Odum Funeral Home and Crematory (130 Screven Ave, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
