She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard White and Ruby Brown White; and her brother Dale White. She is survived by: her husband William Raleigh "Bill" Cantrell; her son Nick Cantrell (Melanie); her grandchildren, Ashton, Blake and Addison; and her siblings, Danny White, Clarence White, Keith White and Lavonne Hyde. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
