He is survived by: his wife Jessolene Crawford Morgan of Waycross; his children, Wendell Morgan (Victoria) of Waycross, Robert Morgan (Diane) of Blackshear, Sherry Musgrove (Johnathon Wilburn) of Waycross and Amy Swain (David) of Guyton; his grandchildren, M'Lissa Brauda (Drew), Byron Morgan (April), Richard Morgan (Hannah), Coty Morgan, Kori James (Noah), Brawton Edgy (Robin Cummings), Kristen Musgrove (Austin Morris), Kaleb, Reid and Jase Swain; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Morgan, Brant Morgan, Dawson Morgan, Haven Morgan, Byron Morgan, Jr., Luke Morgan, Micah Brauda and Karis Brauda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
