We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2019, at the age of 69, John Stovall (Waycross, Georgia), born in Abbeville, South Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Stovall to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Stovall and Ann Ryle Stovall; and his niece Jenny Stovall. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Mattox Stovall; his children, Stephanie Moody of Waycross and Scott Moody (Anne) of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Kelsey Chandler of Waycross, Kamryn Moody of Waycross, Isaiah Sharpe of Waycross, Jackson Moody of Valdosta, Colson Moody of Valdosta and Tripp McCarthy of Valdosta; and his siblings, Sam Stovall (Peggy) of Waycross and Minona Beasley (Joe) of Hendersonville, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

“We are praying that God will give all of John's loved ones peace in his passing to his heavenly home. John was a very special person and warm hearted. There are so many great memories of him helping us at Schreibers, Our favorite was when he fitted Brett with his first pair of sneakers, Brett was 4 yrs old and he told John that those shoes made him run fast. Of course Brett demonstrated how fast those shoes were and ran down the store and back. John, Duane and I laughed so hard.”
