He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Hickox and Willie Maude Cox Hickox; his son Chuck Hartley; his siblings, Mary Colleen Clarke and Tommy Hickox; and his pets, Lucky and Angel.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hickox of Waycross; his children, Joeleen Hickox of Boston, GA, Kelly Hall (Kaycee) of Waycross, Winston Hall of Waycross, Chaz Clos of Waycross, Austin Hartley (Tasha) of Delight, AR and Dallas Hartley of El Dorado, AR; his stepchildren, Heather Williams (Mark) of Waycross and Lee Parr of Waycross; his siblings, Kathy Lee (Tommy) of Hoboken, Gail Mitchell of California, David Hickox (Billie) of Callahan and Larry Hickox of Jemison, AL; and his pets, Shiloh, Minnie Pearl and Toby. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pearson-Dial Chapel (659 Main St, Blackshear, GA 31516). A reception will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pearson-Dial Funeral Home (659 Main St, Blackshear, GA 31516).
