Jimmy Ray Chastain Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Ray Chastain of Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Linton Chastain, Sr. and Joyce Laverne Henderson Chastain; his stepdaughter Teresa Ann Teston (Timothy); and his siblings, Sandra Chastain, Jerome Chastain and Johnny Chastain.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Wilkins of Waycross; his grandchildren, Timothy Bradley Teston, Keena Nicole Teston, Jessica Hunter Padgett, Dawton Bryce Teston, Walker Bryant Teston and Timothy Byron Teston; his great grandchildren, River Teston, McKenzli Padgett, Jye Cole Lee and Alston Kenlee Teston; and his siblings, Elaine Hickson of Waycross, Charlie Chastain, Jr. (Janet) of Waycross and Jeffrey Chastain (Jo Ann) of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Music Funeral Home (1503 Tebeau St, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
