He is survived by: his sons, Eric Guy (Michelle) of Waycross, John Guy (Jessica) of Blackshear and Kevin Thomas of Augusta; his grandchildren, Brooke Guy, Whitney Guy, Haley Guy, Haden Guy, Amber Guy and Aubrey Guy; and his sisters, Nell Jewett (Ray) and Linda Crews (Jimmy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
