He is survived by: his parents, Peggy Bladen Smith (Michael) of Waycross and James David Howell of Waycross; his sisters, Naomi Howell of Brunswick and Michelle Smith of Nahunta; his nieces and nephews, Brayden Howell, Mahaley Arnold, Chandler Rhoden and Kade Rhoden; and his grandmother Margaret Howell of Waycross.
