He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Katie Nipper of Waycross; his son Timothy Joel Nipper of Jacksonville, Florida; and his brothers, Gene Nipper (Tammy) of Waycross, Don Nipper (Carla) of Waycross and Jim Nipper of Waycross. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
