It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Thomas Chastain Jr. (Waycross, Georgia), who passed away on August 16, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Thomas Chastain, Sr.; and his sisters, Elizabeth Ann Chastain Buchanan and Virginia Carol Sayre. He is survived by: his wife Jean Marie Storkamp Chastain of Waycross; his daughter Nicole Bauer of Waycross; his grandson Stephen Bauer; his sisters, Donna Garrett (Dennie) of Waycross and Kimberly Lewis of Waycross; his nieces, Justine Reed (Shawn) and Tyla Lewis; his nephew Rahjah Green; his great-nephews, Ethan Reed and Daxson Martin; and his great-niece Arianah Green.
