It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Cleo Sallett (Waycross, Georgia), who passed away on March 18, 2018, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Blackshear and Mollie Hunter Blackshear; her parents-in-law, Rosalee Sallet and Sam Sallet; and her sister Gloria Blackshear.
She is survived by: her husband James Edward Sallett, Sr. of Waycross; her children, Taramishia Sallet of Charlotte, NC, Ronneka Blackshear (Shakeina) of Waycross, James Edward Sallet, Jr. (Joann) of Newport News, VA and Joshua Sallet (Marquia) of Blackshear; her siblings, Annette English (William) of Waycross, Betty Sallet of Waycross, Ollie Grant of Valdosta, James P. Blackshear (Betty) of Waycross, Larry Blackshear of Jacksonville, FL and Ernestine Blackshear of Folkston; and her siblings-in-law, Etta Mae Smith, Kueen Charles, Sammy Sallet (Vernita) and Frankie Lee Sallet (Mary Ann). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
