She was predeceased by: her parents, Alred Joel Cason and Zella Mae Sedgwick Cason; and her husband Walter C. "Walt" Phelan. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Rumfelt (Sam) of Lake Wylie, SC, Linda Pearson (Kenny) of Waycross, Pat Rios (David) of Panama City, FL, Nita Reed (John) of Hahira and Mindee Tindall (Jon) of Waycross; her grandchildren, Kristin Hawkins, David Carr, Trey Pearson, Ashlee Land, Taylor Smith, Skylar Reed, Lauren Reed, Nathan Tindall, Cason Tindall, Fletcher Tindall and Tessa Tindall; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Hawkins, Isabella Carr, Abigail Carr, Rian Pearson, Alisha Pearson, Josiah Pearson, Lillie Land, Debra Daniels and Elga Holt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
