He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frank L. Taylor, Jr. and Saralyn Patricia Taylor Young. He is survived by: his wife Roselyn Tobias Taylor of Waycross; his children, James Taylor, Jr. (Krystin) of Monroe, GA and Lynn Rivers (James) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Liberty Taylor of Monroe, GA, Jim Rivers, IV (Megan Grant) of Greensboro, NC and Christina Rivers of Jacksonville, FL; his great grandchild Landon Walker; and his brother Joe Roger Taylor (Patricia) of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
