He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hubert Sweat, Sr. and Laura Jean Gray; and his grandparents, Estell, Emma Sweat and Matilda Gray.
He is survived by: his sons, Taylor Sweat (Waycross) of Gainesville, FL and Chris Michael Sweat of Savannah; and his siblings, Janice Collum (Buddy) of Waycross, Terry Sweat of Waycross and Rodney Sweat (Linda) of Waycross. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Music Funeral Home (1503 Tebeau St, Waycross, GA 31501).
