He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cuyler Howell and Vernell Guy Howell; and his sister Barbara Howell. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Howell of Waycross; his children, Brenda Banks of Waycross and Jamie Howell (Lisa) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Breanne Banks Morris (Richard), James Cuyler Howell (Lauren), Thomas Clinton Banks (Annie), Hailey Howell Taylor (Derek) and Jacob Rann Howell (Dani); his great grandchildren, Arie, Collin, Jimmy, Emilia, Harrison, Jackson and Hadley; and his brothers, Ronney Howell (Janice) of Waycross, Steve Howell (Marla) of Waycross and Freddy Howell (Kathryn) of Richmond Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
