He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather William "Bill" Riggins; his parent Farrell "Happy" Riggins Hyers; his wife Betty Jean Smith Rawlins; his children, Roy Lemual Rawlins, Vicky Rawlins of Waycross and Jeannie Rawlins; his grandchildren, Tad Thompson (Kimberly) of Dacula, GA, Julie Rogers (Elliott) of Bogart, GA, Tori Parker (Kevin) of Bogart, GA and Tracee Johnson (Will) of Cumming, GA; his great grandchildren, Sarah-Grace Thompson of Charlotte Thompson, T. J, Ian Rogers, Colin Rogers, Emma Rogers, Cooper Rogers, Jay Parker, Jaxon Parker, Colt Parker, Lillee Johnson, Liam Johnson and Landree Johnson; and his goddaughter Linda Drawdy (Richie) of Waycross.
