She is survived by: her husband Charlie Summerlin of Waycross; her daughter Amy Worthington of Waycross; her grandchildren, Emma Worthington and Avery Worthington of Waycross; her sisters-in-law, Betty Bailey of Raleigh, NC and June S. Sweat (Bobby) of Gainesville, GA; and her caregivers, Donna Lloyd and Lisa Pollard.
