She was predeceased by: her parents, L. K. Seabolt and Elouise Black Seabolt; her husbands, Franklin Bullard, Jasper Chancey and Joel McClelland; and her children, Darryl Timothy Chancey, Huey and Jeff Neats.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Chancey (Angela) of Waycross, Teresa Land (James) of Waycross and Frank Bullard of Waycross; her grandchildren, Dawton Strickland, Michael Amendola, Jen Amendola Randall (Peter), Patrice Herrin, Velvet Moore, Cash Sweat, Kerrigan Sweat, Megan Bullard and Lauren Bullard; and her sister Guynella Tuten of Waycross. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Music Funeral Home (1503 Tebeau St, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
