We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2020, at the age of 82, Gene Christian of Waycross, Georgia, born in Swainsboro, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Maxwell Christian and Nesbit Rogers Christian. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wainwright Christian of Waycross; his son Glenn Maxwell Christian of Pembroke, GA.; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Grant and Lane Christian of Pembroke; his great grandchild Waylon Christian of Pembroke; his sister Janice Russell of Nahunta; his close friend Donnie Oglesby of Waycross; and his children, Mandy, Ashley, Cody, Amber, Austin, Dewey Newman, John Eliand, Dereck Strickland, George Freeman and Tommy Green.
