He is survived by: his children, Riley Woodard of Waycross and Kasey Woodard of Waycross; his mother Sylvia Cook Woodard of Waycross; and his siblings, Linda James (Johnny) of Blackshear, Mike Woodard (Karen) of Waycross, Dale Woodard (Reba) of Waycross and Terry Woodard of Waycross. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
