He is survived by: his wife Karen Martin Skinner of Waycross; his daughters, Christi Skinner of Rochester, NH, Jessica Heller of Anderson, SC and Chantell Giambrone of Dover, NH; his stepdaughters, Sandy-Lynn Elder of Hudson, FL, Melody-Ann Cote of Shapleigh, ME, Marie Lorenz of St. Mary's, GA and Michelle Horn of Winter Haven, FL; his sons, Paul Skinner of Rochester, NH and John Smith of Hooksett, NH; his stepsons, Chris Martin of Clute, TX, Rusty Herrington, Jr. of Bethlehem, GA, Lewis Turner of Waycross and Jacob; his stepfather Paul Makosky of Waycross; and his siblings, Charlotte Carlton of Portsmouth, NH, Melissa Gordon of Claremont, NH and Alan Skinner of Louisburg, NC. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
