He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion C. Moore, Sr. and Willie Butler Moore Welch; and his brothers, Marion Moore, Jr., Daniel W. Moore and Vecient K. Moore.
He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl Moore Billups (Marvin) of Lilburn, GA and Barbara Moore Hicks of Macon, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Stewart, Jeanean Lockett, Laurie Johnson, Willie E. Cooper, Sr., Quinton Moore, Marvin Billups, III and Sidney Billups. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
