It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Myers West (Waycross, Georgia), who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Beamond West; her son Troy Davis; her son-in-law Richard Perkins, Sr.; her granddaughter Holly Nicole Preston; and her siblings, Linda Meeler, Vernon Myers, Lloyd Myers and Marvin Myers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Perkins of Hoboken and Martha Preston (Andy) of Waycross; her daughter-in-law Connie Davis of Waycross; her grandchildren, Michelle Davis Pitchford (Todd), Elaina Davis Sherrill (A. J.), Rege Perkins (Karla) and Stacy Perkins; her great grandchildren, Julia Pitchford, Ellison Pitchford, Kali Perkins, Regan Perkins, Westin Perkins, Abraham Sapp and Eloise Sherrill; and her siblings, Mildred Pelletier, Jeanette Thrift, Jean Lewis, Geneva Lott, Lonnie Myers (Addie Mae), Carl Myers (Genise) and George Myers (Betty). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
