She was predeceased by: her parent Benjamin T. Lane; and her brother Terry Lane. She is survived by: her parent Deborah Smith Lane; her husband John R. Smith of Blackshear; her sons, David Collins of Lulaton, GA and Brian Collins of Blackshear; and her granddaughter Hallie Collins of Blackshear.
