He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry E. Griffin and Rosa Lee Crawford Griffin; and his siblings, Bobby Griffin, Jan Simpson, Linda Landrum, Bernice Griffin and Norma Jean Griffin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lamar Griffin (Judy) of Lock Port, Barbara Tucker (Mike) of Mershon, Terry Griffin (Darlene) of Blackshear, Debbie McCarter (Bobby) of York and Rickey Griffin of Nokomis; and his nieces and nephews, Karen Hernandez, Julie Hand, Brenda Giles, Elizabeth Sweat, Coy Davis and Chanse Simpson.
Due to Covid-19 all attendees are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Okefenokee Swamp Park, 5700 Okefenokee Swamp Park Road, Waycross, Georgia 31503.
