He is survived by: his wife Nell Britt Oglesby of Waycross; his children, Denise Oglesby Mann (Jeff) of Sylvester, Edward V. Oglesby, Jr. (Marianne) of Hinesville, Jeffrey M. Oglesby (Sheila) of Dunn, NC and Alan Lee Oglesby (Niki) of Blackshear; and his siblings, Leona McDonald of Greenville, FL, Lettie Page of Lincoln, NB, Lessie Harrell of Monticello, FL and Lester W. Oglesby of Monticello, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
