It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earnie Mae Joyner Gilliard (Waycross, Georgia), who passed away on March 12, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Joyner and Barbara Taylor Joyner; and her husband James Robert "J. R.". She is survived by: her children, Donnie, Robby, Michelle Gilliard, Linda Pennington of Alma, GA and Jan Gilliard of Savannah, GA; her grandchildren, Gina Lee, Courtney Holmes and Maci Allen; her great grandchildren, Brycen Lee, Kevin Ramage, Peyton Holmes, Mark Fetterolf, Preslie Holmes, Kimberlynn Fetterolf and Roselynn Fetterolf; and her siblings, Delores O'Berry of Waycross, GA, Gerrell Davis of Waycross, GA and Avie Joyner of Millwood, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
