He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Hill Grantham and Annie Elizabeth Aycock Grantham; and his siblings, Crawford Lee Grantham, Mary Ethel Chastain and Buddy D. Grantham.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sloan Grantham of Waycross; his children, Earl David Grantham, Jr. (Cindy) of Thomasville, Randy Grantham (Belinda) of Waycross, Elizabeth Goble (Joey) of Woodbine, Sherry Yeomans (Billy) of Waycross, Fred Garrett Grantham (Billie Jo) of Waycross and Keith Bell; and his grandchildren, Carla Draheim (Alan), Cole Grantham (Gloria), Randi Nguyen (Eugene), Matt Kimbrell, Kerri Ann Sabo, Lindsey Jones (Eric), Anniston Grantham, Annslee Kate Grantham, Rachael Carter (Brandon), Ryan Goble, Rebecca Dockery (Kris), Josh Abernathy (Michelle), Sara Abernathy, Jonathan Abernathy, Jared Abernathy, Noah David Grantham, Trinlee Page Nguyen, Isaac Dockery, Nathan Abernathy, Atalie Abernathy and Ethan Abernathy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
