He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Martin Price and Victoria Lee Thompson Price; and his siblings, Billy Price, Jack Price, Marie Tomlin, Bobby Price and Shirley Hartley.
He is survived by: his wife Flora Jean Prater Price of Waycross; his children, Penny Duffy (Jack) of St. Augustine, FL and Guy Price of Roswell, GA; his grandchildren, Sarah Willy of Grand Rapids, MI, Anna Price of Roswell, GA and Sean Duffy (Janelle) of Tampa, FL; and his great grandchild Trinity Drougas of Ann Arbor, MI. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
