She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Clinton "Snap" and Mavis Madgelene Steedley Griffin, Sr.; and her sisters, Linda Gail Pittman and Belva Jean Roberson. She is survived by: her children, Mavis Davis of Waresboro, Ellen Cox of Waycross and Jeffery; her daughter-in-law Shannon Cox of Waycross; her brother Clinton Griffin, Jr. (Dana) of Waycross; her grandchildren, Crystal Giddens, Tesla Cierra Strickland (Ethan), Josh Ursrey, Jeffery Cox, Jr. (Faith), Jonathan Cody Cox and Caitlin Cox; and her great grandchildren, Marah Giddens, Ben Giddens, Bayla Giddens, Kadianne Sherod and Jeffery Dewayne Cox, III. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
