He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Price and Macy Crews Price; his wife Floris Jarrard Price; and his son Keith Price. He is survived by: his son Michael Price of Waycross; his granddaughters, Heather Price of Waycross, Brooke Price of Blackshear and Kinsley of Blackshear; his daughter-in-law Lori Taylor of Blackshear; and his sisters, Sandra Baker of Atlanta and Alphine Waters of Waycross. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
