She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Altman Walker and Delmus Westberry; her grandson Cody Blair; and her husband Donald Carter. She is survived by: her children, Kim Carter Morgan (Craig), April Carter Blair and Brandon Carter (Karla); her grandchildren, Kiersten Morgan, Caitlyn Morgan Giddens (Cole), Ally Blair, Aaron Blair, Jackson Carter (Morgan Lee) and Julie Carter; her great grandchildren, Hayden Thigpen and Cohen Giddens; and her nephew Michael Carter (Jamie). She is also survived by other family members and special friends.
