He is survived by: his children, Brenda Griffin of Waycross and Darrell; his daughter-in-law Diane Griffin of Blackshear; and his siblings, Janice Evans (Larry) of Dupont, Kenneth Griffin of Blackshear and Jerry Griffin (Susie) of Offerman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
