We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2021, at the age of 80, Clara Hendrix of Waycross, Georgia, born in Pavo, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clara Hendrix to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Swain Fletcher and Clayton Fletcher; and her sons, Timmy and Michael Godfrey. She is survived by: her husband William S. Hendrix, Jr. (Bud); her daughters, Kim Lee and Donna Godfrey; her grandchildren, Taylor Cox, Dylan Cox, Josie Lee, Brandon Carver, DJ Carver, Jamison Aldridge and Dustin Godfrey; and her great grandchildren, Trenton Carver and Layton Swain.

Memorialization will be by cremation, with a private family burial due to the current Covid-19 environment.
