He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Benjamin West and Gladys Louise Shreve West; his wife Marguerite Adkins West; and his brother James T. West. He is survived by: his children, Charles Benjamin West (Cindy Renshaw West) of Waycross, GA and Jewel West Wilbanks (Donald Michael Wilbanks, Jr.) of Cordele, GA; and his grandchildren, James Benjamin West (Elaina) of Silverthorn, CO, William Travis West (Hannah) of Marysville, TN, Sarah West Wood (Justin) of Nashville, GA, Rebecca Moore Katz (Alexander) of Ashburn, GA and John Joseph Moore (Ashley) of Gray, GA. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
