He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bishop and Helen Stoy Schenck; and his sister Nancy Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Linda Walker Johnson Schenck of Waycross; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Orlando Mercado of Deltona, FL; his sons, Steven, Danyle Schenck of Deland, FL, Douglas and Shannon Schenck of Jacksonville, FL; his stepchildren, Kerrie Dawson (Chris) of Blackshear, Rodney Johnson (Regina) of Offerman, Jarod Johnson (Leslie) of Blackshear and Elliot Johnson (Carrie) of Patterson; his grandchildren, Rachel Mercado, Cassandra Mercado, Carter Schenck, Haelyn Schenck, Mason Schenck, Tanner Schenck, Will King, Kylee King, Jordan Johnson, Erica Johnson, Morgan Johnson and Elliot Johnson, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Braylee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
