She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Williams and Scotty Kelly Williams; her husband Tom Moss; her daughter-in-law Patricia Rowe; and her sister Scottie Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Nipper (Gene) of Waycross, Steve Rowe of Brantley County and Johnathan Moss of Brantley County; her stepchildren, Tammy Deese (Keith) of Rockingham and Tom Moss (Jola) of Wake Forest; her grandchildren, Amanda Ricketson (Lorin), Alexa Moss, Juliana Moss, Tyler Deese (Kaileigh) and Logan Deese; her great grandchild Austin Nipper; her sisters, Maggie Richardson (Tim) and Lee Dawes (Bobby); and her brother-in-law Jerry Wilson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Mrs. Moss attended The Foundation Church in Nahunta.
