He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Kelly "Kay" Allen and Mary Lou Kizer Allen; his stepmother Doris Allen Levins; and his siblings, Charles Allen, Terry Allen and Brenda Allen Griner.
He is survived by: his significant other Una Wilson; his children, Kevin Allen and Kim Allen Robinson (Hugh); his grandchildren, Hannah, Hayden and Evan; and his sisters, Barbara Steed (Bill), Kaye Thomas and Faye Farabee (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
