She was predeceased by: her husband Taylor Lamar Everett, Jr.; her brother Joseph Perryman Carter, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Augustus Guinn Vaughn. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Carter Rogers of Conyers; her sister-in-law Reunette Vaughn of LaGrange; and her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth R. Andersen, Rebecca Carol Prevost, Alice Rogers, Amy Rogers, Carter Rogers, Ann Carter Petermann, Cathy Buescher, Augustus Vaughn and Patricia Clare Vaughn.
