It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla Gardner of Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Carletta Rowell Brookshire; her sister Tracy Lane Walker; and her grandparents, Rufus, Alice Holton and Margaret "Cleo" Carey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica of Blackshear, Quinn Kicklighter of Blackshear, Jennifer of Blackshear and Aubrey Cason of Blackshear; her father Jim Holton (Shirley) of Blackshear; and her siblings, Brandy Spates (Justin) of Blackshear, James "Ricky" Miller of Waycross and Zack Holton (Melanie) of Blackshear. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
