It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Gay Lloyd of Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Clayton Lloyd and Winnie Branch Lloyd; his wife Rosa Lee "Rosie" Waldron Lloyd; and his siblings, Talmadge Lloyd, Andrew Lloyd, Martha Chauncey and Vivian Freeman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lorie Ann Lloyd Williams (L. C.) of Waycross and Nina Lloyd Sandusky of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Lauryn Williams King (Evan), Patrick Wade Williams, Sierra Sandusky Saye (Nick), Summer Sandusky, Brandon Hunter Williams and Skyler Sandusky; his great grandchildren, Bryson King, Nicholas Saye, Audyn King and Ashton Saye; and his siblings, Harold Wayne Lloyd (Terri) of Homerville, Betty Jean Morrison (Mac) of Waycross and Linda Smith (Arnold) of Manor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Music Funeral Home (1503 Tebeau St, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Victory Methodist Church (5062 Booth Church Rd, Manor, GA 31550).
