He is survived by: his wife Gale; his sons, Ray (Paige) of Blackshear, GA and Derek of Brunswick, GA; his siblings, Carl Carter (Gail) of Largo, FL, Donny Carter (Wanda) of Waycross, GA and Genevieve Jordan of Waycross; and his grandchildren, Ryan Carter of Blackshear and Megan Carter of Blackshear. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
