He is survived by: his children, Louanna Castleberry of Moultrie, Sondra Castleberry-Griffin of Chula, GA, Billy Carter (Debra) of Cartersville, GA, Virgil Carter (Kim Lee) of Blackshear, GA, Tony Castleberry of Moultrie, GA, Joseph Carter of Ray City, GA, Chris Carter (Dyann) of Moultrie, GA, Monia Lee Laskey of Moultrie and Christa Gale Carter of Moultrie, GA. He is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
