He is survived by: his mother Faye Rodgers Lewis; his siblings, Benny Lewis (Stacy) of Jacksonville, FL, Cathy Martinez (Hank) of Callahan, FL, Cindy Rodgers (Matthew) of Callahan, FL and Angel Tanner (Allen) of Waycross; his uncle Charlie Rodgers (Sharyll) of Tampa; his aunts, Nancy Rodgers Porter Blackshear (Mike) and Van Carter (Donnie) of Waycross; his nieces and nephews, Taylor Williams, Alison Martinez, Virginia Lewis, Joshua Lewis, Alex Rodgers and Bryce Mixon; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily Williams, Austyn Williams, Bradley Williams and Brylinn Mixon.
