She was predeceased by: her parent George Leonard Merritt; and her spouse Brady Turner. She is survived by: her parent Rosa Lee Thomas Merritt; her children, Allen Turner (Amy) of Blackshear, Wayne Turner of Waycross and Brenda Turner of Albany, GA; her grandson Cody Turner of Waycross; her great grandchildren, Diamond Turner and Graceland Turner; her siblings, Sherman Merritt of Waycross and Ermalene Crews of Hoboken; and her niece Crystal Killingsworth of North Carolina. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations made in her honor to Hospice Satilla, 808 Evergreen Way, Waycross, GA 31501.
