She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Benjamin Gamage and Betty Thomas Gamage Smith; her husband James Robert "Sonny" Saxon; her son Brian Saxon; her brother Franklin Gamage; and her stepfather David Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Saxon (Bonnie) of Waycross and Tommy Saxon (Kellie) of Waycross; and her sister Janice Gamage Slater of Statesboro. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crossview Church of God of Prophecy (709 Garlington Ave, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
