He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Bell and Daisy Davis Bell; and his siblings, Donald, Raymond Bell and Violet Bass.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Minix Bell of Waycross; his children, Shaun Bell (Jill) of Spotsylvania, VA and Ellen Dowd (Philip) of Waycross; and his brother Kelly Bell (Carol) of Brunswick. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Music Funeral Home (1503 Tebeau St, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
