Allison Anne was predeceased by: parents, Millard Jenkins Phillips, Jr. and Eleanor Ann James Ray. Allison Anne is survived by: children, Melissa Dean (Alex) of Jacksonville, FL, Joshua Smith of Waycross and Eric Smith of Blackshear; former husband Mike Smith; grandchildren, Devon Dean, Kelsey Dean and Ariston Crews; great grandchild Oliver Dean; and siblings, Shauna Jamieson of Gulfport, MS, Julie Sisam (David) of Houma, LA, Laura Smith of Memphis, TN, Buddy Phillips III (Jackie) of Memphis, TN and Mary Beth Tarver (Benji) of Memphis, TN. Allison Anne is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
