He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cade Clark, Sr. and Eliza Clark; and his siblings, Margie C. Prefontaine and James E. "Skip" Clark. He is survived by: his wife Jana Clark; his children, Patricia Clark Brantley, Sandy Clark Blount and Richard Jay Clark; his grandsons, Christopher Brantley, Alexander Schinzel, Cody Brantley and Drew Blount; his great grandchildren, Braelyn Blount and Timber Blount; and his sisters, Hazel Whitehead, Frances Miller and Arlene Hatten.
